Refund Policy Of Kickstart Football Club [academy & Pay & Play]
At Kickstart Football Club, we value the satisfaction and trust of our customers. Our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness and transparency regarding payments made for academy services and field rentals. Please read the following refund policy carefully:
1. ACADEMY SERVICES:
- Registration Fees: Registration fees are non-refundable. Once a player is registered and the fee is paid, it is non-transferable and non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Monthly/Seasonal Fees: Monthly or seasonal fees paid for academy training are non-refundable once the training sessions have commenced. Refunds will not be provided for missed sessions due to personal reasons, injuries, or other commitments.
- Training Equipment/Jerseys: Fees paid for training equipment or uniforms are non-refundable once the items have been issued to the player.
2. FIELD RENTALS (PAY AND PLAY):
- Advanced Booking: Payments made for advanced bookings of the field for specific dates and times are non-refundable. Changes to the booking schedule can be accommodated, subject to availability, but refunds will not be provided.
- On-Spot Booking: Payments made for on-spot bookings (pay and play) are non-refundable. Once the payment is made, it is non-transferable and non-refundable, regardless of the duration for which the field is used.
EXCEPTIONS: REFUNDS MAY BE CONSIDERED IN EXCEPTIONAL CASES, SUCH AS:
- Cancellation by the Academy: If the academy cancels a session or an event, a full refund will be provided.
- Field Unavailability: If the field becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., maintenance or unexpected events), a full refund or an alternative booking date will be offered.
Refund Process:
To request a refund in exceptional cases, customers must contact the academy management within 7 days of the event or session in question. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
