ABOUT KICKSTART RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM
Kickstart Residential Program is designed for all boys 8 – 16 years, who have the desire & commitment to reach the highest level in football. During our camp, our experienced coaching team, already used to deal with and developing talent at the state and national levels, builds on and improves the technical and tactical skills that players have acquired during past few years of their football training. Through our program, we create a challenging environment where each player learns about themselves – their strengths and weaknesses. Players are encouraged to compete in and outside of their “Comfort Zones” and are given the knowledge and skills to improve.
Football Training : Physical, Theoretical & Technical training program.
Physical Training
90 minutes of physical session combining S&C and Core fitness.
Theoretical Teaching
90 minutes of Technical and video sessions oriented towards teaching subjects such as game plan, laws of the game and physical preparation.
Technical Training
90 minute of training session combining intense drills and match related situations. Life Skills & Team Building Activities

The Trainers
CAMP DURATION
Our 6 weeks training program allows coaches to emphasize tactics, speed of play, speed of thought, movement with and without the ball, as well as technical speed. Making good decisions under pressure and learning to play like a pro will be the highlight of training camp, with the Iopportunity to apply what has been taught each day under match conditions.
CAMP DAILY COACHING DETAILS
We schedule our training program 3 halves in a day. Each training session last 90 min with the emphasis placed on quality, not quantity. Each group has a low player-to-coach ratio, so as to optimize the individual development of each player. For goalkeepers, we provide one GK-Specific session conducted by one of our goalkeeping coaches.
